These terms apply when you use Navatara, a brand of NexGenius LLC, on WhatsApp or on this website. By using the service you agree to them.

What Navatara is

Navatara provides astrology readings based on traditional Vedic methods. Charts are calculated, and readings are prepared, by Navatara's software systems. Our support team is available from 9 am to 9 pm IST.

Guidance only

Astrology describes tendencies and favourable periods. It does not guarantee any outcome, including the date of a marriage. Readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please make important decisions with the people and professionals you trust.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you share another person's birth details, you confirm that you have their permission or that you are their parent or guardian.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees, with all charges included, before you pay. You pay once for each reading or plan. There are no per-minute charges and no automatic renewals. The family plan covers one year from the date of payment and does not renew on its own.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Fair use

Please do not misuse the service, send abusive content, or try to copy or resell our readings.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
