Refund policy

We want every family to feel the reading was worth it.

Full refund

• If your paid reading is not delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• If you were charged twice for the same reading.
• If the reading used the wrong birth details because of our mistake and we cannot correct it.

Corrections

If you find a calculation mistake, tell us in the chat. We will correct the reading and send it again, free of charge.

After delivery

Because readings are personalised and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once a correct reading has been delivered, except where the law requires it.

How to ask

Send "Refund" in the WhatsApp chat, or email hello@navatara.in with your phone number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
