Privacy policy

This policy explains how Navatara, a brand of NexGenius LLC ("we"), collects and uses your information when you use our WhatsApp service and this website.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp name and phone number, when you message us.
• The birth details you share for a reading: name, date, time and place of birth, and the details of any family members you choose to send.
• The messages and voice notes you send us in the chat.
• Payment status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank details.

How we use it

• To calculate charts and prepare your readings.
• To reply to you, deliver what you bought, and send reminders that you can stop at any time.
• To improve the accuracy and quality of our readings.
• To measure our advertising with Meta's tools, without sharing your birth details.

How readings are prepared

Your chart is calculated and your reading is prepared by Navatara's software systems. To do this, your messages and birth details are processed by our technology service providers, including text and voice processing providers, only to produce your reading. They are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run Navatara: Meta (WhatsApp), our payment provider, our cloud hosting provider, and our text and voice processing providers. We do not sell your data.

This website

This website does not ask for your birth details and does not store them. The quick star match runs entirely on your own device. Buttons on this website open WhatsApp with a short message, which you can read and change before sending.

To suggest the Tamil version of this site, our server looks up the approximate state your internet connection comes from, using an offline database. Your IP address is used only for that moment and is not stored or logged by us. The result (for example "Tamil Nadu") and your language choice are remembered only on your own device. IP location data comes from DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

If we use measurement cookies (for example Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), they load only after you agree in the cookie notice, and you can say no.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you use Navatara, so that follow-up questions and proposal checks are quick. You can ask us to delete everything at any time by sending "Delete my data" in the chat or by emailing hello@navatara.in. We delete within 7 days. See Delete your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can stop messages at any time by sending "Stop". This policy is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You must be 18 or older to use Navatara.
